# Timeline of a revocation event

**Day 0 · report** An abuse report arrives with evidence. Nothing changes yet; the registry still says active.

**Day 1 · review** Status moves to `under_review`. Clients warn but do not refuse.

**Day 3 · suspension** Two governance keys sign `suspended`. Restricted uses stop immediately.

**Day 30 · resolution** Either restored with a new key, or revoked permanently; both outcomes are signed.

Every state change is a signed document with a timestamp, so the timeline is reconstructible by anyone.
